Restaurant Review: D:oh
D:Oh a 72 seater restaurant located at Kamala Mills is all wood with the hues of blues and green. With its quirky, vibrant and playful vibe and interiors, this all day dining is perfect to unwind with friends and family with some games to choose from.
The interesting thing about this cafe is the self service element pay when you order and when the food is ready a buzzer will beep on your table. How interesting is that!
The menu is simple that list few options in each section rather than making it difficult to pick your meal.
We started off by ordering the Nachos with Works. Crispy tortilla chips with pica de gallo and spicy red beans, sour cream and cheese. Not that cheesy like the usual nachos we have all the time which worked for us as it created a balance with the other ingredients which were a part of the dish.

Next we ordered for the Dal Wadi Dahi Chaat which was filled with loads of yogurt, imli and chutney. Being a fan of street food this one was an instant hit on the table which gave us the Mumbaiya style flavor.

Being die hard fan of mushrooms we ordered for the Crumbled Stuffed Mushrooms. This was simply delectable and the tastes of the these crispy balls yet lingers in our mouth. These crispy mushroom balls stuffed with bell peppers ,busts out with cheese when sliced.Sounds delicious ? It taste even more delicious!! We are sure this one is not going to disappoint you.

If you are a lover of seafood then you can even try the Amritsari fish and chips. It did not live up to our expectations since we have had better fish and chips at various places.

If its sea food, it has to be prawns. Yes you figured it right! we love prawns. For the mains we ordered the Prawns Khao Swey. Not all on the table loved this dish but if you are a fan of coconut you will enjoy this bowl. Rich in its coconut flavor curry, noodles and toppings with a lemon slice, it's one filling bowl and can surely make a meal for two. We personally felt that the peanuts were a bit less which is one of the main ingredients which gives it that yummy crunch.

Chicken Wings !!! Eyes lit up when we read that on the menu. The chicken was soft, tender, delicious and juicy, and it made one amazing dish. We loved it and we surely going to order this one if we go next.

Next we ordered for the Honey Mustard Chicken Tikka Sandwich. Not many would consider having honey in their sandwich but this was surprisingly delicious. Served with fries this sandwich was an interesting combination of sweetness and mild spicy flavor. The Hungry Tummy relished this one for sure.

Known for its freak shake, we could not miss to order one. We ordered for the Divine Choco Freak Shake. As the name suggests it was literally divine. Loaded with oodles of chocolate, brownie, whipped cream with gems on the sides and chocolate sticks on the top, this jar was simply palatable and satisfactory. It is one perfect drink to beat the summer heat and at the same time to satiate those chocolate cravings.

The Hungry Tummy Verdict
This cafe is a must visit to relive those school days and spend a pleasant evening with friends. The servings could have been a bit larger. the self service option with the beeper is quirky and an interesting idea too. Overall it was a good dinner spent in this fun cafe. D:Oh is surely one of the restaurants that is stealing the lime light at Kamala Mills for the reasons best known.
